Would have LOVED to try the non-barreled and the non-sour version of this beer side by side. Starts as a chocolate cherry dry bourbon ba stout (before additional wild aging)...you get all that in the beer, an odd but delicious combo of dark sweet stout, bourbon and funk. Nice!
