Pours a very slight hazy, amber colour with a creamy warm-beige head, great retention and creamy lacing. Caramel malt base nose with some hints of berries. Even some cinnamon and nutmeg coming out eventually. The taste shows some lighter malts, with some cereal notes and lots of hops in the finish for the style. Not sure what to think of the hops used here though. Seems a little unbalanced. Bitterness, light dryness. Weird to have a bitter with this much alcohol.. and then, this much hops. Still drinkable.
