Are kettle sour beer is inspired by the elite samurai warriors of Japan. This sour’s distinctive taste provides comfort with a bright clean flavour which radiates force. Tightness with hence of peach, supported with body and a clean finish. Refreshing and crushable. Serve this with barbeque stuffed pork tenderloin or crispy fried chicken.

Slightly hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy warm cap, good stay and leaving lots of nice dirty, sticky lacing. Mildly sour and fruity nose with a touch of hops. The kettle sourness is felt in the taste, but again, fairly mild - not puckering. Some mild tart left. Quite an easy-drinking and probably great intro to Kettle Sours.
