Growler. Pours a lovely clear golden that fades to pale straw at the bottom, with a thick and rather persistent ivory head. It fizzes quite a bit after opening, so have a towel handy - some may sneak out. Strong yeasty overtone dominates the aroma, but lets notes of sweet malt and butterscotch and a snip of pepper stand out. Malty flavor is slightly sweet and has butterscotch and subtle fruity notes plus an understated pepper nip. Smooth, firm texture has plenty of strong fizz and leaves a fruity and slightly peppery finish. Don't fight the bishop - buy him a beer.
