You thought we were bringing just one new crazy creation to the table for our Friday release? Guess again! With our new Placerville location just weeks away from opening up during the apple hill season, we wanted to make a true collaboration with our good friends at @delfinofarms! They pressed their estate grown apples and hooked us up 250 gallons of fresh, premium juice that we layered on top of our tart sour base. We then proceeded to treat it with insane amounts of brown sugar and a kiss of cinnamon for that beautiful pie crust finish
