Taps hazy copper with a fair buttermilk head. Aroma produces sweet apple, brandy, subtle malt. Flavor contributes sharp boozy brandy, tart and sweet apple, malt, subtle butterscotch (now that's what I call Belgian!) Texture gives up firm body and lively fizz.
