Foudre Aged Golden Sour Ale with Toasted Coconut and Cinnamon. Sometimes all we need is to believe. Sometimes our only truth is steeped in our projection of the matter. And sometimes that is the basis for taking on a new rationale. A collaboration with our friend Neomi Negron of Buggy Pops. A story for chance-taking, idea-wrangling, and fear-capturing. This is our first take on her now-iconic coconut cinnamon popsicle, which you can snag these days anytime you visit our Asheville taproom. A foudre-aged golden sour ale that we laid down for several months before aging on top of fresh macaroon coconut and Spicewalla cinnamon. A taste of lime sorbet sprinkled in spice with coconut cream on top
