This beer started out as "el Diablo", a Belgian Golden Ale aged on oak chips and lightly spiced with bitter orange peel and coriander, but is now transformed thanks to 6 months of bottle conditioning with 3 strains of wild Brettanomyces yeast.

Extremely dry and dominated by the Brettanomyces. Funky, musty with a pleasant orange peel and lemon back drop. Very light and quenching. Straw colored body with a thin head and spotty lacing. I found it enjoyable.
