the bartender at the place i got it called it a pilsner, and Buckbean's own website, God bless em, calls it both Artown Pilsner and Artown Vienna Lager. So majority wins I guess. Anyway, this was actually one of their better brews of the few I've had. full flavored for the style, while still managing to be crisp, light, and refreshing. not quite a standout. delicate malt/hop balance is acheived, and it finished clean, making it a nice pairing with the mesquite shrimp tacos that came 10 minutes after the beer.
