KOMES POTRÓJNY is a strong, top - fermenting beer with a golden colour. This traditional style was first brewed in the early 16th century following the development of the technology of producing the light malts used in its production. This invention heralded light, top-fermenting beers. KOMES POTRÓJNY is a full malt beer, hopped in open fermentation vats with the Styrian Golding variety. The beer offers a distinctly malty and rich flavour, topped with an explicit hoppy aroma. The key element in the slow maturation of Komes Potrójny is the traditional, labour-intensive method of repeat fermentation in the bottle.
