Hand pulled at Market Porter, Southwick, 2/2/08. A clear deep amber and a thin tan head with excellent lacing. A very mild nose; light sweetness and fruit. Flavor is well balanced - nice malt foundation with reserved hops. Finish is smooth, but tangy.

Bottled@Poirotti's Skotoberfest 2007. Dark murky reddish brown colour with big beige creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts along with some berries and fruits in it. Flavour is quite sour and bitter compared to what the aroma promised, but in a quite nice balance. 6 6 6 6 6

Cask@spoons. Copper colour with beige head. Aroma is fruits, some wood, mild toffee as well as quite malty. Flavour is quite bitter wooden and floral with some caramel malts balancing it up. 6 6 6 6 6
