The latest offering in our Brewmaster's Reserve series. Our Abbey Singel has a bright gold color, crisp bitterness, and dry, bready palate. A Belgian yeast strain lends the beer complex aromatics, complemented by the floral notes of Czech Saaz hops. At a moderate 6% ABV, the beer lends itself to quiet appreciative contemplation of life’s pleasures, but also to seafood, salads and fine cheeses. Malt: German two-row Pilsner Malt, Addition: Sugar (traditional), Hops: Hallertauer Perle (Germany), Saaz (Czech Republic), OG: 12.8° Plato, ABV: 6%
