The toffee malt flavours are balanced with smooth hop bitterness and aroma. A very moreish pint which goes brilliantly with your food. Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt and crystal malt. Challenger bittering hops and Fuggles aroma hops.

500 ml bottle, as Bristol Beer Factory Seven, from Ales by Mail. ABV is 4.5%. Clear copper colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head, Aroma of malts and toffee, a hint of caramel. The flavour is more dry than sweet, but has still hints of caramel sweetness. Decent English hops throughout, with earthy notes and a good bitterness.

Clear golden amber, off white lacing creamy foam head. Hoppy aroma and bitter taste. But what a great aftertaste, everlasting bitterness. (Velp 201503)
