    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Sampled draught at the brewpub on a quiet Sunday evening.

While I have something of a love/hate relationship with the froo-froo/yuppy atmosphere of this place, I do have to admit that I've never been too disappointed with their beers (esp. their seasonals). But while this didn't make want to twist my face in disgust, I never felt the need to break out in a smile while drinking it, either.

Boring pale gold, with only the most basic of foam layers on top. Some by-the-numbers hop aromas as this beer warmed (Goldings, I'm betting), but again, no-frills, that's for sure.

Flavor profile does what I guess it sets out to do, and nothing more. That is to say, nothing overtly negative about this, but seems kinda to just "lay there", nothing more. Mouthfeel? Overall Drinkability? Same ol' song and dance here.

Would have been much more interesting (or at least a bit more adventurous) if this did indeed have some sort of nutty-thing going on. But I guess this is the no-frills, no-chills touristy "Summer" beer of the place. Just seems kinda silly to have a special Summer Seasonal beer in a place like Hawaii where it's always Summer...!
