Technically, this has wild yeast in it, but really doesn't resemble a wild ale in any way shape or form after only 3 months in barrels. It adds a very subtle fruitiness and a whisper of wood to the already very nice tripel, but a tripel this is. Bubble gum, clove, big body but very drinkable. Yet another winner from my favorite NV brewery. Too bad they don't bottle.
