Our adaptation of an original colonial American beer formula. Brewed with pale malt and raw cane sugar (a common brewing ingredient in the late 1700's). Two traditional American hop varieties are used, Clusters and Willamette. "Stock" means "to store" and refers to a strong beer that would age well. O.G. 1071 I.B.U. 56
