Ce nouvel Épisode a été fermenté avec une énorme quantité de purée de mûre et d'abricot. Au goût, l'abricot apporte une belle rondeur tandis que la mûre apporte des notes de baies fraîches.

Hazy amber colour with some golden highlight, a small bubbly off-white head, light stay and not much retention. Sour, fruity aromas with the blackberry and apricot, hints of vanilla. These fruits continue in the flavours with the blend of berries and peachiness. Not puckering, but decent sourness with the fruits with a touch of tart in the end. Interesting, but not my favourite sour in the Episodes.
