Brown with off-white foam head. Aroma is sweet, like candy. Taste is dominated by the sweet - logic when sugar has been added, but also sour indeed. Typical beer style. Aftertaste is short, sweet. (Den Haag 201209)

This is quite popular in Belgium because you see it everywhere. And since it was everywhere, I had to try it. A clear rusty colour with a thin white ring of a head. The aroma was sweet caramel and citrusy tones. Highly carbonated, light, and sweet.

Bottled. Deep amber colour with small off-shite head. Aroma is sourness along with burnt sugar. Flavour is some wooden sourness along with burnt sugar and some mild fruityness.
