A new style coming to the TapRoom. This sour ale was produced by letting the mash sit in the tun at the optimal temp and duration to induce the Lactobacillus (naturally in the grain) into producing a pleasant sour character. With little hops and specialty malts, the characteristic flavors of this beer are allowed to shine.
