The winner of our first homebrew competition is now our brewer, and he's brewed his strong Belgian ale for us again. This is a bold and complex beer featuring flavors and aromas of confectioner's sugar, overripe banana, orange peel, peppery alcohol, and a spicy resiny hop finish. At 9.3% ABV this beer is absolutely made for sipping while you unravel all the wonderful flavors and aromas. Sharp and spicy while fresh, this beer will soften and change week by week. Served in Belgian tulip glass only.
