Barrel fermented Sour Ale, 5.5% ABV Collab with 2 Crows Brewing from Halifax Nova Scotia. A year ago Jeremy and Miles from 2 Crows came down to brew a beer with us. In typical Block Three / 2 Crows fashion we brewed a wort heavy on protein and residual sugars then stuck it in a barrel and went out to do karaoke at chainsaw. The result is a sour ale with oak forward vanilla characteristics, as well as some bright pineapple funk and light acidity.
