Tart Farmhouse ale conditioned with 300 lbs of perfectly ripe local strawberries. Blended with select barrels of wild golden ales (4-27 months aged) resulting in a refreshingly sour and complex ale bursting with berry character.

Was able to try the first run of this the other day when I was in Corvallis. Pours a pinkish hue, not much head. Rather mellow sourness, full on strawberry fruit but not sweet. Some tart characteristics for sure, Brett is mild. Nice brew but not as sour as advertised.
