Thorsten is our head brewer, and he is from Germany. He loves Pilsner. He wanted to make a really great hoppy Pilsner. So he has. Inspired by generations of German brewers, using traditional techniques and only four ingredients, this is it. Light, crisp, unfiltered and 100% organic. Oh, and it's Gluten Free.
