This beer was absolutely crystal clear!! I would've given it a full 5 on appearance, but knocked it down a notch since the head was basically nonexistant. Very clean flavor. Would be a good "lawnmower" beer, but nothing I'd go chase after.

Bottled as Bison Organic Light. Light gold color. Small foamy head. Aroma is grainy and sweet. A light bodied light beer. Malts are mild, slightly fruity and a touch sweet. Hops are mild and slightly spicy. Well balanced. Not bad tasting for a light beer, tastes like a lot of pilsners/lagers style beers. A little flat in the carbonation department. No weird tastes ad with some other light beers. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
