Alla birra: si tratta del nostro secondo esperimento sull'incontro tra il mondo del vino e quello della birra dopo l'Equilbrista . Mentre in quel caso pero' camminavamo realmente sul filo del rasoio tra i due mondi, per la Caos ci siamo decisamente sbilanciati verso la birra, aggiungendo al 75% di mosto di Duchessa “solo” un 25% di mosto di Malvasia (sempre proveniente dalla toscana Tenuta di Bibbiano ), un vitigno bianco aromatico che dona alla birra un profilo decisamente particolare: morbido e avvolgente al naso, grazie agli aromi del vitigno, sorprende all'assaggio per la piacevole acidità che dona una freschezza ideale per allietare le serate d'estate.
