Made almost entirely with pale and Munich malts, with a very small amount of roasted barley, our Scottish ale is a copper-colored beer balanced just a touch in the direction of sweetness. It is bittered with Centennial hops; no aroma hops are used, except in the cask-conditioned version. Original gravity is approximately 15 Plato (1.060); finishing gravity 4.5 Plato (1.018); approximately 33 IBU.
