Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear deep copper body that supports a thin light tan head. The mild aroma offers up a bit of malts, some graham cracker and then a spicy sort of German dark bread sort of thing. The taste delivers a blend of sweet crystal malts, caramel malts and then a mildly spicy sort of maple sensation. Interesting. A few more sips and the malts seem to become a little more roasty. Fun.
