Pours out in a cloudy reddish amber colour with an eruptive off-white foam. Lactic and oaky aroma with fruity notes of red berries, grapes, wild raspberries and balsamic vinegar. Nearly full-bodied with touches of oak, strawberries, grapes, aged balsamic vinegar and mild spices. Long oaky finish of black currant, vanilla, spices and balsamic vinegar.
