We brewed this collaboration beer with Luc Bim Lafontaine (Former Head Brewer at Dieu Du Ciel!, Montreal). We wanted to see what would happen if we made a beer in the Imperial IPA style, using lighter malts and focusing on the Wakatu hop from New Zealand. The result was a strong ale with aromas of light malts, flowers, mild citrus and grass.
