Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick and frothy, if not long-lived, parchment head. Aroma gives off sharp and sour orange with a little lemon, zingy herbs, sweetish vanilla. Flavor delivers puckeringly sour and tart orange with bits of lime and lemon, fresh herbal notes, subtle vanilla. Texture produces decent body and peppy fizz. Find your wild streak.
