500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a tulip pint a clear mid-brown coloured Bitter with a small one finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, biscuits and faint grassy hops. The flavour is caramel malts and faint floral hops. The mouthfeel is slight crispy, fizzy, sparkling and quite thin. This light bodied Ale has a dry sweety malts finish. An easy drinkable and thirst-quenching Ale for the summer warmer days.

Bottled@Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is wooden hops, some hints of flowery and fruity hops as well as some mild caramel and earth. Flavour is quite much the same, but the wooden bitteryness is a bit stronger. 6 6 6 5 6

Cask. Flavour and aroma are both fruity and dry sour wood. Flavour is mainly sour wood with slight hints of cookies and caramel. Aftertaste is mainly bitter and wooden. 6 6 6 6 6
