500 ml capped bottle. Poured in an English tulip pint a clear burgundy-brown, a perfected autumn colour, coloured Bitter with a generous one finger beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate grainy and toasted malts, biscuits and dried fruits. The flavour is toasted malts, notes of caramel, fruity, juicy apples, dried fruits, chesnuts, walnuts and a nice herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling; the texture is a bit oily and light sirupy. This light bodied Ale has a dry strong malty finish. A nice tasting English Bitter.
