Two Season Yellow Nectarine is a blended wild ale composed of two all Tennessee grain casks from the 2021 and 2022 brewing seasons, conditioned on yellow Bradley nectarines harvested in 2021 and 2022 by our good fiends Jones Orchard in Millington, TN. Bursting with nectarine flavor, the fruits from two congruent seasons come together to deliver a layered mix of fresh, juicy sweetness and rounded, more nuanced citrus. A few pits made it into each cask, lending a softer, nutty vanilla marzipan note to each bottle

Pours clearish topaz with a thin ivory head. Aroma has tart peach, nectarine, a hint of citrus. Flavor presents seriously sour nectarine & peach, bit of grapefruit. Texture generates decent body & perky fizz. Two great seasons for nectarine.
