Prepare to transcend into a realm of unparalleled richness and complexity with "Static Between Worlds," a Viennawine aged for 12 months in ex-maple syrup bourbon barrels. Not just a beer; it's a tapestry of flavors woven through time, capturing the essence of the past and the promise of what's to come. Brewed in collaboration with @orpheusbrewing_jason and his forthcoming project The Hollows beer (Amsterdam, Netherlands). A Copious amount of Vienna Malt was step mashed, decocted for 30 minutes, boiled for seven hours, then fermented with one our favorite English ale yeast. After fermentation was complete it was laid to rest in ex-maple syrup bourbon barrels for 12 months

Pours clear cola with a thin buff head. Aroma presents caramel, toasted malt, maple and toffee tones. Flavor yields boozy, caramel, toasty, maple syrup and toffee - sweet but not cloying. Texture generates nice body and peppy fizz. Hearken to the static between worlds.
