A subtle, warm & cuddly beast. Light biscuity character from the German Pilsner malt marries with soft & understated perfumy & citrus flavours from the king of German noble hops - Hallertau. Thanks to Mark Bakker, my old buddy from brew school, for sharing his Kӧlsch recipe & making the trip to Orange to brew it.

Pale cloudy yellow beer with thin film on top. Pint at Hart’s Pub. Slight fruity nose. Medium texture, flat mouthfeel. Finish a bit fruity, a bit chalky. Pleasant Kolsch, true to style. Easy drinking.
