Miss Fancy’s Tripel is a strong Belgian golden ale rich in flavor and alcohol. The use of malts, traditional hops, a proprietary yeast blend and Belgian candi sugar creates a very special beer named after a very special elephant. Miss Fancy’s Tripel is remarkably smooth and refreshing for such a high ABV beer. CAUTION! Miss Fancy’s Tripel is brewed for humans but strong enough for elephants.

Pours clear golden with a nice beige head. Aroma features toasted malt and woody hops, not strong but inviting. Flavor bursts with toasted malt, apple, pear and woody notes for a pleasing tripel. Mouthfeel presents good body and lively fizz. Follow the elephant.

Great tripel, although I'm not usually a fan of the type. Drawn a bright yellow-orange with a two finger fluffy white head and yeasty aroma. Big and bold flavor of sweet malt and bread.
