Pours translucent caramel with a thin bisque head. Aroma produces apple, toasted malt, caramel. Flavor adds apple, toasted malt, a caramel hint. Texture contributes fair fizz & body. Drinkus this.

12 oz bottle, bottled on 2/12/16. Pours dark ruby amber with a fizzy light tan head that retains fairly well and leaves little lacing.

The aroma is floral vanilla with tart vinous fruits and some funk.

The flavor is lots of sweet and tart fruity sour with a vinous finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some prickly carbonation.

Overall, it's interesting with lots of sweet tart fruit and vinous notes from the wine. I didn't pick up much tequila.
