Brewed using only pale and wheat malt, it has the clear crisp characteristics of the best of European beers. Fistral is one of the few beers to be produced with just a single hop variety, allowing the full individuality of First Gold to be displayed in the beer. Their citrus tangs balance their natural bitterness, producing a full rounded flavour and long dry finish with a fruity aroma. The full and dry nature of Fistral makes it an ideal accompaniment to many dishes but especially fish. Hand brewed. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Slow matured. Naturally cleared.
