Aspall Suffolk Cyder is made from a blend of different "base" cyders. These cyders are all fermented using the same basic technique. All Aspall Suffolk Cyder is lightly sparkling. This has the effect of lifting the aroma and flavour, so complimenting the experience.

Sampled on 5/13/2011. This cider pours a light straw gold color from a 500ml bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is apple, grassy and sweet. A medium to lighter bodied cider. The apples and semi-sweet and crisp. Lively carbonation. Dry with a touch of apple sweetness at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
