Putting aside the fact that (almost) all breweries across the world use “pure cultured yeast” (yeah, yeah – I know the Belgian lambic makers do things differently!), this beer really isn’t very pleasant to drink . Reminds me of the that odd funky vibe you would get from drinking really cheap swill (Milwaukee’s Beast come to mind here), when you let it warm up to 40 degrees or higher. Heavy adjunct feel to this. Just plain lousy – avoid this, for your own good.
