Poured up at Ratebeer Best 2017 Beer Fest where it exhibits a deep copper sort of light purple colored body that supports a white head that has a bit of a pinkish hue to it. The aroma offers up tart notes, a bit of vinegar, a bit of citrus like acidity and then kind of peach skin and tart berries. The taste is similar with tart vinegar, acidic citrus and tart berry notes. This is solid, tart, refreshing and with plenty going on to keep it interesting without being too much leading into a nice dry finish.
