This American-style sour ale was soured with lactobacillus and then fermented with a Norwegian Kveik yeast. Finally, it was dosed with roughly a tenth of its weight in mango and pink guava puree and a touch of Lactose. All of these elements combine to create an incredibly enjoyable and refreshing drinking experience.

Taps hazy, translucent apricot with a fair snowy head. Aroma provides tart tropical and raw malt notes plus a touch of tart citrus. Flavor delivers delightfully tart and slightly sweet tropical and citrus notes with zesty fresh malt. Texture offers firm body and jazzy fizz. Say it IS so!
