A sour ale brewed with unmalted wheat and Canadian raspberries. Aged in flat rock pinot noire barrels for one year with wild yeast, the finished beer balances barrel flavours with the funk from the Breattanomyces and lactobacillus.

The beer pours a hazed copper red colour with a thin white ring for a head. Aroma is funk, tart raspberries, and vinegar. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with above average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruit with a sweet fruitiness in the background. Lots of funk in the mix as well.
