looks like this red ale has been repackaged (still an attractive flip-top 500 ml bottle, but a different label) as Aprecchio Red Ale. Nice presentation, and although it's not a spectacular beer, if your in the mood for a nice, dark red, nutty, malty brew...this could be it. Hit the spot. Definitely caramel & roasted malt heavy, but a bit of noble hops in there for balance as well. Imported in CA and sold at Trader Joe's.

red-brown colour, fine dense head, nice lace, malty and buttery nose, some alcohol and caramel, sweet and creamy, dry and short unpleasant vegetable-like finish
