A variety of roasted malts give a sweet biscuity flavour with hints of cinder toffee. Traditional Goldings hops used in abundance bring flavours of Seville orange marmalade and a floral aroma. This beer derives from our Christmas Ale which received such great feedback we've decided to make it available year round as Dark Skies; celebrating our fantastic area and the achievement of our rural communities in gaining dark skies status.
