A blend of wild, sour beer and a golden ale aged in Calvados barrels—that is all aged on haskap berries. The haskap berry, also known as a “honey berry,” is said to have flavor notes reminiscent of blueberry and raspberry with undertones of blackcurrant, all of which round out the balanced profile of this tart, complex beer.
