This jewel of a wild, golden beer sparkles and gleams. We brew it with Vienna malt, Carapils, flaked wheat, two-row barley blend, and hop with Tettnang. Like any precious stone, Bijoux takes time to coalesce. After brewing, the beer goes into oak barrels where it ages for eighteen months before we add a blend of Turkish and Mission figs and let the beer rest for another four months. After aging, Bijoux displays an aroma of tart fruit and a flavor that conjures up peaches, figs, apricots, and a hint of pie crust. Grains: Vienna Malt, Carapils, Flaked Wheat, and Two-Row Barley Blend Hops: Tettnang Yeast: Chico Spices/Other: Aged on Figs in Oak Barrels
