Poured up on tap at Tipsy where it exhibits a deep dark black body that has infrared edges and supports a tiny tan head of foam. The aroma offers up dark chocolate covered marshmallow, booze and then chocolate infused fresh vanilla bean goodness. Oh my. The taste delivers smooth slick sweet rich dark chocolate blended into fresh vanilla depth. Nice. Another sip reveals another load of dark chocolate as well as pleasantly restrained boozy barrel notes. Yet another sip feels like bourbon German chocolate cake goodness. Wow. This is nicely balanced and restrained. Damn
