    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pint can pours with a deep dark chocolate mahogany colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up hot bourbon booze, bourbon, some vanilla notes and then a fair load of dark roasted coffee and dark roasted malts. The taste delivers smooth sweetened dark roasted malts and chocolate flowing into growing dark roasted coffee notes. To midway it sweetens up a tad as vanilla bubbles to the surface as the booziness starts to become a major player in the flavor profile. There's another note in there that must be cinnamon and it seems to bridge the experience between the booziness and roastiness. Very nice sipper. More sips reveals dark chocolate into the finish as well. Yum.
