Sampled at the Bistro 7th Annual Barrel Aged Festival on 11/10/2012. This sour/wild ale pours a light gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, peaches and tart. A medium bodied wild/sour ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Decent carbonation. Crisp and clean. Tart and funky. An easy drinking sour ale. Nice peach flavors. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart with some sweetness.
